Made from 100% Specialty Arabica, the new Microfarm Project® “Brazil Luiz & Flavia” captures in every cup the passion and vision of the Saldanha family of coffee growers. Luiz and Flavia have devoted more than 20 years to advancing specialty coffee, while California Farm, where this Microfarm coffee originates, ranks among the top five most sustainable farms in Brazil.

 

Our own partnership with these producers began in 2016, and our relationship reflects mutual respect and a deep friendship that connects people who share the same values and the same commitment to building a better world.

The Arara variety, renowned for its distinctive sweetness, together with ideal growing conditions and natural (dry) processing, gives this Microfarm coffee its characteristic velvety body. The medium roast profile makes it ideal for both Espresso and Filter brewing methods.
