Corporate news

In Egypt, following the successful opening of its store at the Pyramids of Giza, the company is launching its new flagship store in the historic district of Korba, bringing the total number of its stores in the country to five. The official inauguration will take place on October 1st, International Coffee Day, during a major celebration open to the public. The event will be honored by the presence of the Ambassador of Greece to Egypt, further strengthening the ties between the two countries. At the same time, Coffee Island already operates a coffee roasting and processing facility in Egypt, which efficiently serves the needs of the local network.

In Erbil, Iraq, one of the fastest-growing cities in the region, Coffee Island is making its debut with the opening of a store at Boulevard, one of the city’s most iconic business hubs. The public—and particularly younger consumers—have already warmly welcomed the new arrival, expressing their pride that a European company is investing in and expanding dynamically within their country.

In India, Coffee Island is adding two new stores to its existing network in the city of Pune, at Amanora Mall and the emerging Tribeca Highstreet, bringing its total number of stores in India to six in less than one year. The company plans to continue its expansion in strategic, high-potential cities, further strengthening its presence in one of the fastest-growing coffee markets in the world.

With a clear vision and investments that combine its Greek identity with adaptation to local markets, Coffee Island continues to write its own international growth story, bringing the culture of specialty coffee to an ever-growing community of coffee lovers around the world.
